FILL BASE
(primer)		 Alcohol-based dyeing primer: evens out the colours of the heel layers.

Standard colours: neutro (neutral) – bruno (brunette) – bruno 50 (brunette 50) – marrone (brown) – marrone scuro (dark brown) – marrone scuro 50 (dark brown 50) – testa di moro (ebony) – testa di moro 750 (ebony 750) – testa di moro 800 (ebony 800) – nero (black) – nero 16 (deep black).

Preparation for buffing of injection-moulded heels with leather, masonite and assorted heels.

Buff heel with grade 120 abrasive paper;
apply product with a sponge;
brush or by dipping.

PRIMER NERO
(black primer)		 Special deep-penetrating black hardener with strong dyeing power. See FILL BASE See FILL BASE
SBIANCANTE PER CUOIO
(leather whitener)		 Acid solution of mineral salts and organic components. Lightens reddish or aged leather. Apply with a spray or sponge.
INDURITORE PER SUOLE
(heel hardener)		 Flattens and compacts the fibres on the flesh-side of the hide. Hardens the surface of the sole. Facilitates adhesive application on highly absorbent leather, and prevents cracking during roughing. Low-cost leather soles (such as Indian and Argentine leather). Apply with a spray or brush.

WAX-BASED DYES
CONCENTRATO BT Trasparente
(transparent)		 Rich carnauba wax emulsion traditionally used for quick and easy finishing. Excellent fastness to light. The only wax product which gives leather a natural appearance. For deep dyeing of the heel, it is recommended to first apply the FILL BASE hardener.

Standard colours: neutro (neutral) – bruno (brunette) – bruno 50 (brunette 50) – marrone (brown) – marrone scuro (dark brown) – marrone scuro 50 (dark brown 50) – testa di moro (ebony) – testa di moro 750 (ebony 750).

Universal use.

Very glossy and transparent colouring of quality leather heels and edges.

HEEL:
-prime the heel with FILL BASE hardener,
-apply the product with a brush, sponge or automatic machine,
-finish with TELA EXTRA (soft cotton fabric) brush and WAX 111 (abrasive wax) or WAX 502 (abrasive colouring wax) to even out the coverage,
-polish with LANA MATASSA (wool hank) brush and WAX CARNAUBA F4N or WAX SPECIALE G.


EDGE:
-finish the live cut,
-set up the pack of soles and spray with 2-3 ATM gun or automatic machine, or apply manually with a brush,
-polish with LANA MATASSA (wool hank) brush and WAX CARNAUBA F4N or WAX SPECIALE G.
CONCENTRATO BT Coprente
(covering)		 Similar to CONCENTRATO BT Trasparente, but with additional pigments to cover and even out the treated leather, concealing any defects. It is possible to avoid basic colouring of the heel.

Standard colours: nero (black) – bruno (brunette) – bruno 50 (brunette 50) – marrone (brown) – marrone scuro (dark brown) –testa di moro (ebony) – testa di moro 750 (ebony 750).

Very glossy high-coverage colour for dyeing heels and edges even of poor quality leather, reclaimed leather, masonite and composite materials.
SUPRA BT Product line similar to CONCENTRATO BT COPRENTE with a higher concentration of pigments. For hot or brush finishing

Standard colours: nero (black) – marrone 116 (brown 116) – marrone 116/500 (brown 116/500) – testa di moro 111/500 (ebony 111/500) – testa di moro 111/800 (ebony 111/800).

PENETRANTE BT Deep penetrating dye with a medium concentration of natural wax. Makes hardening and basic colouring of the heels unnecessary.

Standard colour: nero (black) – cioccolato (chocolate) – marrone (brown) – marrone scuro (dark brown) – marrone sottobosco (mulberry brown)

Glossy transparent dye for injected heels and edges made of quality leather.

COLORE PER GUARDOLO
(welt dye)		 Water-based dye with high coverage and elasticity. Imparts a special body and sheen to the welt. Available in transparent or covering versions. Leather and reclaimed leather welts. Apply by spraying until the desired coverage is obtained.

After drying, spray with DERMAFINISH to fix the colour and impart additional gloss.

DERMAFINISH Transparent solvent-based varnish. Particularly elastic and glossy, with a pleasant handle and immediate drying Leather and reclaimed leather welts and leather uppers Spray application.
