FINISHES FOR SOLES
SFORMATURA BEN e 340 Transparent colour with a base of wax and relaxing resins with excellent glossing, softening and colour-levelling properties.

Also available in high-coverage version for masking imperfections and stains on the sole.

Standard colours: neutro (neutral) – beige (beige) – marrone chiaro (light brown) – marrone (brown) – marrone scuro (dark brown) – mogano (mahogany) – bruno ossido (oxide brunette) – testa di moro scuro (dark ebony) – nero (black).

Uniform and glossy colouring for buffed leather soles.

Easy to process because it responds promptly to brushing.

Apply by spray or flat brush or drum dyeing machine on buffed sole.

Allow to dry for a few minutes, brush lightly with TELA EXTRA (fabric disks) brush and WAX 111, and polish with LANA MATASSA (wool hank) brush and WAX CARNAUBA F4N.

SFORMATURA PF

Product similar to SFORMATURA BEN, with a higher content of waxes and resins for dyeing highly absorbent leather.

DUALSFORM Bivalent solvent-based product for obtaining both colouring and an antique finish.

The effect is enhanced on embossed or stamped leather.

Standard colours: arancio 41 (orange 41) – cuoio (leather) – marrone 31 (brown 31) – marrone medio (medium brown) – bruno 2517 (brunette 2517) – nero (black).

Dyeing with antique effect of full grain soles, vegetable-tanned leather belts. Apply with a spray or drum dyeing machine until a semi-glossy black coverage is achieved.

Allow to dry for 15 minutes, emboss the desired stamp or pattern.

Brush with TELA EXTRA (fabric disks) brush and WAX 111.

Polish with LANA MATASSA (wool hank) brush and WAX CARNAUBA F4N or WAX SPECIALE G.

DUALCOLOR Aqueous version of DUALSFORM, suitable for imparting an antique finish.

Standard colours: arancio 970 (orange 970) – bruno ossido (oxide brunette) – marrone scuro 891 (dark brown 891).

NABUK
(nubuck)		 Solvent-based colour, easily spread and absorbed, with excellent fastness to light. Suitable for dyeing buffed leather soles to obtain a "nubuck" or "velvet" effect, or for achieving a polished and transparent effect on full-grain soles. Possibility of two-tone decorative effects on buffed soles.

Standard colours: cuoio (leather) – bruno 2018 (brunette 2018) – palude 2170 (marsh 2170) – nocciola (hazelnut) – marrone 2493 (brown 2493) – bruno ossido (oxide brunette) – nero (black).

Uniform dyeing of buffed soles with a nubuck effect. Colouring of full grain soles with a polished effect. Apply the product using a drum dyeing machine or spray gun.

The "writing" or "velvet" effect appears when the sole is dry.

VARNISHES FOR SYNTHETICS AND WEDGES
TUNICOLOR Special ready-to-use varnish for rubber, CORIA, THUNIT and similar materials, with excellent adhesion and maximum flexibility. A self-polishing product resistant to folding which imparts exceptional gloss.

Available in transparent and high-coverage versions.

Standard colours: neutro (neutral) – cuoio 63 (leather 63) – bruno 83 (brunette 83) – marrone chiaro (light brown) – marrone scuro (dark brown) – testa di moro (ebony) – nero (black).

"Pack" colouring of edges made of compact rubber, SBR, THUNIT.

Clamp together approximately 20 pre-milled soles between two jaws in order to prevent penetration of the colour;
-spray the product using an air gun (1.5 mm nozzle, at approx. 2/3 ATM) until the desired coverage is achieved;
-after drying, the edges will be shiny.

POLIVER Solvent-based dye. Self-polishing and quick-drying. With high gloss, adhesion and fastness to light. Also used for dipping.

Can be diluted with SOLVENTE AM.

Standard colours: neutro (neutral) – marrone (brown) – nero (black).

Universal use.

Dyeing soles and edges made of compact rubber and synthetic materials.

Apply by dipping, spraying or brushing.
VERNITAK Ready-to-use varnish for colouring of ABS and polystyrene heels to imitate leather-covered heels.

Strong adhesion to the support, resistance to abrasion and to light.

Available in the versions: high gloss, semi-gloss and matt.

Standard colours: cuoio scuro (dark leather) – marrone (brown) – testa di moro (ebony) nero (black).

 

Colouring polystyrene and ABS heels. Stir the product before use.

Place the mechanical comb in front of the heel if leather-look striping is required.

Spray the product using a
1-1.2 mm nozzle.

Allow to dry for a few minutes.
